New Citroën C5 X Plug-in Hybrid offers business users zero compromise, combining the advantages of driving in electric mode for most daily journeys, with the flexibility of an efficient PureTech petrol engine for those longer journeys. When combined, the plug-in hybrid emits just 30g/km of CO2 (WLTP) and has a low BIK rate of just 12% (2022/23 tax year).

ELECTRIC RANGE OF UP TO 31 MILES (WLTP)

New Citroën C5 X Plug-in Hybrid is suitable for most daily commutes. In electric mode, it offers:

  • A driving range of up to 31 miles (range depends on the options fitted to the car and the actual conditions of use) 
  • Cruise quietly in 100% electric mode at speed of up to 83 mph (where legally permitted)
  • 0 g/km of CO2 emissions generated at tailpipe whilst driving

New Citroën C5 X Plug-in Hybrid's traction battery is guaranteed for eight years or 100,000 miles for 70% of its original charging capacity.

New Citroën C5X Plug-in Hybrid offer drivers a dynamic, relaxing and smooth experience:

  • Puretech petrol combined with the electric motor offers 225hp and a combined torque of 360 Nm​; 
  • Four driving modes: Electric, Hybrid, Comfort and Sport; 
  • Between 186.2 and 236.2 combined MPG in hybrid and just 30 g/km Co2 (WLTP)
  • Brake mode feature recovers energy normally lost under braking and deceleration back into the traction battery

QUICK AND PRACTICAL DAILY CHARGING

Citroën C5 X Plug-in Hybrid is easy to charge both at home and out on the road​:

  • Fast charging: Thanks to its 7.4kW on-board charger, C5 X can be fully charged in under two hours when using the standard Type 2 charging cable and 32A charge point.​
  • Standard 3-pin charging: For occasional use, it is also possible to purchase a 13A, 3-pin socket domestic charging cable and take around 8 hours to fully charge​
