Charging New ë-C4 X Electric is easy and can be done on the road, at public charging stations or at home. For each scenario, charging time has been optimised:

• At a public charging station, with a 100kW DC rapid charger (mode 4), the battery quickly charges at a speed of about 6.2 m/min, with 80% of the battery charged in 30 minutes.

• Using a 7.4kW / 32-amp Wall Box (mode 3), charging takes 7.5 hours with a single-phase power supply or only 5 hours with a three-phase power supply and an optional 11kW on-board charger.

• At home and for occasional needs, the battery can be charged using a standard domestic socket (mode 2).

FULLY ELECTRIC DRIVING RANGE OF UP TO 222 MILES Thanks to its smooth and aerodynamic shape and an efficient zero-emission electric motor, New ë-C4 X Electric offers a range of up to 222 miles (WLTP combined cycle). It also enables drivers to access some low-emission traffic zones, which more and more cities are implementing. INTUITIVE INTERACTION

Citroën has simplified the electric experience, to make it as easy, rewarding and natural to live with on a daily basis as any technology used in the home.
 

The driver has a dedicated display on the fascia to view the battery's status and range, as well as three displays to choose from: power indicator (electric meter), energy flow or thermal comfort consumption. The latter shows the impact of vehicle heating or cooling on energy consumption.

Accessible directly by a button on the central console, specific touchscreen pages indicate the system's operating status or the settings of the battery's deferred charge. When the vehicle is charging, the screen can display the remaining time to reach a full charge, the recovered range or the percentage of the battery charge recovered.

CHARGE WITH EASE

New ë-C4 X Electric has been designed to make your life easier, like all technologies used on a daily basis. For example, using either the touchscreen or MyCitroën app, charging can be scheduled or deferred to take advantage of off-peak electricity tariffs (where available). Beneath the charging flap you'll find a colour coded LED light sequence which tracks the charging process.  Charging status may also be checked remotely via the MyCitroën app. Connecting the charger is also very easy thanks to the ergonomic charging port

Charging cables can be stowed under the floor of the boot.

3 WAYS OF CHARGING

• RAPID CHARGER: At a public charging station, with a 100kW DC rapid charger (also known as mode 4), the battery can be quickly charged at a rate of 6.2 miles per minute, reaching 80% battery charge in just 30 minutes.
• WALL BOX: Using a 7.4 kW/32 amp wall box (mode 3) charging (0% to 100%) takes 7 hours 30 minutes with a single-phase power supply, or only 5 hours with a three-phase power supply and the optional 11kW on-board charger.
• STANDARD SOCKET: At home and for occasional needs, the battery can be charged using a standard domestic socket (mode 2), using the accessory 3-pin charging cable.
