CALL FROM YOUR CAR
If your car is fitted with the Citroën Connect Box, in the event of a breakdown you can contact Citroën Assistance by simply pressing the black button (Citroën chevrons) in your car. This will be immediately geolocated, and precious time will be saved.
If you are the victim or witness of an illness or an accident, you can call Citroën Assistance by pressing the red button (SOS).
Finally, in the event of a crash, a call will automatically be made to Citroën Assistance, which can, if necessary, send help immediately.
